I had Colorado Springs Alarm install a system after a break in, and I couldn't be happier. The ability to arm or disarm my system remotely is great. And they reach out to me any time they notice that something with my system seems to be out of whack. Once, I took down a sensor to paint a door and forgot to reinstall it, and they gave me a call to make sure everything was alright. I've felt much safer since I've started working with Colorado Springs Alarm.

Roger she extremely knowledgeable, he was able to use the houses completely pre-wired system and saved us good money. Othercompanies refused to do that. It's a great price, for a great service!

It has been our great pleasure to work with Roger Patterson of Colorado Springs Alarm. We asked him to take our existing wired alarm system that was installed in the mid 1990's and convert it to work on his cellular-based system. His incredible expertise, dedication, and patience were clearly evident throughout the entire process. Without the benefit of a manual detailing our system, he reverse-engineered the system and successfully connected it to his cellular system. He also patiently answered all of our questions so that we fully understood how our old system would perform with his hardware and monitoring service. In addition, we discovered that he is personally willing to help us at any time of the day or night. This is extraordinary customer service! There is a reason that Colorado Springs Alarm has an A+ rating with the BBB and it was clearly evident as Roger helped us through this entire process. We heartily recommend Colorado Springs Alarm.

CSA installed our original alarm system when our house was built in 1994. We have worked with Roger Patterson for 26 years now through several upgrades.
